About Us

Willowbend Animal Hospital was established in August of 2012 by Dr. Michael R Johnson. We understand that each patient is a unique individual. We also realize that none of our patients can verbally tell us how they feel. It is our responsibility to speak for the pet. We do this by giving the pet our best every time. It means we do not take shortcuts. We ask questions, we listen, and we examine the pet from nose to tail, we may do laboratory tests. It also means we make recommendations to the pet owner about what we feel is in the pet’s best interest. If we don’t, the pet may suffer the consequences of an undiagnosed or untreated disease.
